We want to be sure you are satisfied with your purchase. You will have 3 business days from receiving any item(s) to contact us via our "Contact Us" page concerning a return. Once agreement is made with ALZO team to return the item(s) you will be issued an Return Authorization Number (RA#)
You will then receive an email containing your RA# number. Please package good in original box.
Complete and sign a copy of the returns invoice that you received via email with the RA# and include with return.
We do charge a 10% restocking fee for returns as our items are one a kind and will have been off selling availability for more than one week.
Items should be returned new (if new), unused, and with all tags and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
Where provided, any designer packaging such as authenticity cards, dust bags and leather tags should be included with your return.

All items returned should have a Return Authorization (RA#) number. Unidentified returns may be returned to the sender.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on ALZO.myshopify.com as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.
No returns will be accepted after the designated 3 business days due to the consignment payout nature of the business.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards thru PayPal payment processing.
Please note, payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch.
